Food Products Fulfillment Services

Food sells against a date. Candy sells in bursts. We handle both rhythms for U.S. brands moving product into retail and wholesale channels, with short-term capacity options and close to the West Coast lanes.

Food Fulfillment That Protects Shelf Life & Margin

Food inventory carries a clock from the day it’s made. An extra hour in receiving, a pick taken out of sequence, or a pallet held up by a paperwork mismatch – all can eat into that window even before the product reaches a buyer.

The answer is structural. Food and beverage fulfillment works when expiration dates are treated as inventory data rather than a label on the carton.

At Loginam, shelf-life is captured at intake, governs rotation and picking, and stays on your reports, so what reaches your accounts lands with room to sell.

Get your inventory moving while it still sells.

How Food Order Fulfillment Works In Your Supply Chain

At Loginam, every order follows the same five-step workflow, with your product determining the rules within it. Each step is scanned, so order accuracy is verified as the work happens.

1. Receiving & Shelf-Life Verification

Inbound is scanned against your ASN or purchase order, counted, and checked for date codes and carton condition before it becomes sellable stock. Short-dated or damaged cases are held separately and flagged in your reporting.

2. Put-Away & Storage

Stock is placed by handling requirement and turn rate, in ambient or temperature-controlled space, with FIFO or FEFO rotation applied wherever dates govern. Lot and serial data follow the pallet from its first scan.

3. Order Release & Picking

Orders land in our WMS via ERP or EDI integration, with picking rules already set for case, full pallet, or kit-build workflows. Stock counts stay live as picks are confirmed, and short picks are flagged at this stage, before the order is closed.

4. Pack, Cartonize & Label

Our team packs to the standards you set, applying retail or carrier labeling at the same station. Cases are then palletized for cube efficiency, keeping freight cost tied to product and not to empty space.

5. Outbound & Freight Handoff

Completed orders are queued against the day’s cutoffs and matched to the right carrier. Cross-border loads move on dedicated FTL and LTL lanes, with customs clearance running in parallel with freight staging.

Need the process shaped around your SKUs?

Food And Beverage Fulfillment Minus The U.S. Warehouse Rate

Our food fulfillment center sits in Tijuana, on the Cali-Baja corridor, near major U.S.–Mexico border crossings. For U.S. brands, that means lower operating costs and a short route to West Coast accounts.

Nearshore Access To U.S. Demand

Freight moves through the Otay Mesa commercial gateway with direct access to Southern California, while teams on both sides work within the same business hours.

IMMEX-Compliant Cross-Border Handling

We operate under IMMEX, handling pedimentos, Annex 24 inventory control, and USMCA documentation in-house.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems

Our processes run under a certified quality system, audited and documented, backed by more than twenty years of cross-border fulfillment experience.

Capacity That Flexes With Season

We scale storage and labor to your peaks without long-term commitments, so cost tracks the season rather than the calendar.

Candy Fulfillment Services For U.S. Confectionery Brands

Candy arrives in bulk, leaves as an assortment, and then peaks across four dates a year. Our food and candy fulfillment services are built around all three.

Retail Ready Packaging

Boxes, inserts, and labeling applied in the same run, so product reaches retail shelf-ready.

Candy Order Fulfillment For B2B

One stock pool can support full-pallet distributor orders and case-level retail orders, picked and packed to the rules each channel needs.

Seasonal Volume & Holiday Resets

Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Easter each bring their own build, with assortment mixes changing between runs without a separate setup.

Looking for scalable candy fulfillment that protects your margins?

Customer Snapshot: Bulk In, Brand Out

Our client, a U.S. confectionery brand, sells mostly multi-piece boxed assortments, where the packaging carries as much of the product’s value as the candy inside it.

Bulk candy is received at our Tijuana facility, de-bulked, repacked, and assembled into finished assortments against defined build specifications, with inline checks at each packing stage. Lot details carry through the build, so every finished box traces back to its original bulk.

Retail-ready units ship north to the brand’s U.S. distribution center, where their own order fulfillment takes over.

The work runs under our IMMEX registration and shelter program, so our client needs no Mexican entity, no lease, and no local headcount of their own.
